Metaview integrates with Eploy via a 3rd party integration partner. This enables enhanced candidate metadata, Application Review, and AI Sourcing — helping your team work more efficiently and make better hiring decisions.
Paid API access with daily rate limits. Eploy’s API is a paid add-on sold in tiers that cap how many requests can be made per day (ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 requests). Please contact your Eploy account manager to confirm API access and that your tier supports your usage before connecting, to avoid sync delays.

Connect Eploy to Metaview

In Metaview, go to SettingsIntegrations, find Eploy, and click Connect. Follow the on-screen flow to complete the setup. After saving your changes, the integration process will start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once the integration is successful.

Features

Integrating your Eploy ATS to Metaview unlocks the following features:
  • Employees sync
  • Enhanced candidate metadata (e.g. name, job title, stage, location, CV)
  • Ability to post your notes and TLDR to ATS with one click
  • Automatic addition of links to Metaview notes in your ATS
  • Use Application Review to screen candidates and move them through your pipeline
  • Use AI Sourcing to search through your ATS for potential candidates
  • Add new candidates to your ATS that have been sourced
When a call was matched to data in Eploy, you will see the Eploy logo in Metaview. Click on the Eploy logo to go to the matched entry in your ATS.

What’s not supported

  • Automatic scheduling — Eploy does not support an interviews model through the integration, so Metaview cannot automatically schedule calls from this ATS. You will need to schedule interviews via your calendar or other scheduling tools.
  • Rejecting applications — Eploy does not expose a reject action through the integration. You can move candidates between stages from Application Review, but rejections need to be actioned directly in Eploy.

Troubleshooting

Metaview will attempt to match your calls to relevant entries in your ATS. The most common reasons why this doesn’t happen automatically are:
  • Call or candidate is missing in the ATS
  • Duplicate calls or candidates in the ATS
  • Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in ATS (e.g. wrong participants, missing participant, wrong candidate)
  • Insufficient information to match call or candidate (often occurs when using Inviting to an ongoing call or Upload recordings options)
  • The meeting type is NOT set to Job interview or Debrief. Please see Call details for more information.
If you believe that a Metaview call was not matched or was incorrectly matched to your ATS data, please reach out to us and provide as much data as possible for our team to properly investigate. Please provide specific examples and the relevant IDs (e.g. application ID, candidate ID) from your ATS.

Disconnect your Eploy integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under SettingsIntegrations then select Disconnect Eploy. This immediately disconnects Metaview from your ATS data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see Disabling Metaview for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn’t join any future calls.
